Order Handling:
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Service will be processed within two business days after credit card verification and authorization. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive confirmation once tracking numbers are generated. Orders with Next Day, Two-Day, or Three-Day Priority Shipping methods will be processed on the same day if received by 3 pm ET. Orders received after 3 pm ET will be shipped the following day.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with shipping, handling, or delivery of your package, please report them to info@silverempirejewelry.com within 30 days from the purchase date.
International orders may incur additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties of the destination country. Silver Empire is not responsible for these charges. International delivery times range from one to three weeks, depending on the shipping service.
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Fee for shipping
USPS First Class-$8.5 within 3 oz (5 business days, depends on areas). The fee will be adjusted based on the weight.
USPS Priority Flat Rate Small Box: $10, 1-3 business Day. If product volume is over the size of Priority Flat Rate Small box, Medium Priority Flat Box will apply.
USPS Medium Priority Flat Rate Box: $18.40
USPS Next Day: $35.00

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may have an additional three-day delivery time.
Free Shipping:
Qualifying purchases for free shipping (orders over $120) will be sent via standard shipping, which takes 3-7 business days.
No P.O. Box Shipping Address Accepted:
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS and cannot accept orders with P.O. Box shipping addresses.
Order Responsibility:
All orders are shipped with insurance to cover any carrier errors.

SEJ has established a high-standard Quality Control process prior to dispatching orders. SEJ will not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse.
For returns seeking a replacement, the new order will be processed once we receive the returned package.
To receive a full refund, all unworn, unused items must be returned to Silver Empire within 30 days of product receipt, in their original packaging with tags intact. Items damaged or altered by any jeweler other than Silver Empire Jewelry are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The seller reserves the right to review the return items for the credit. The amount of credit will be processed within 15 days
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
A sales agreement between Silver Empire Jewelry Corp ("Seller") and you ("Purchaser") is established upon our acceptance of your order. The goods' description, price, and applicable tax are confirmed between Purchaser and Seller at the time of order placement. Seller's charges for transportation, packaging, freight, and/or insurance will be detailed in the final invoice upon shipment and must be paid by the Purchaser.
Order placement constitutes a binding agreement. Once an order is placed, it is deemed final and cannot be altered or cancelled. The only cancellation allowed is due to being out of stock. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer or payment, and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen issues.
