Return Policy for Retail Customers

All defective/non-defective items must be returned with 30 days for domestic customers and 2 months for Overseas Customers.

Credits as per the rules reiterated bellows:

1. Defective items (excluding wore -out items) will not be accepted for return 30 days after purchase. Overseas customers will have grace period extended to 2 months for return. Customers must request SilverEmpireJewelry.com (Silver Empire Jewelry Corp.) for a RMA number and must return the defective items within our time frame 30/60 days rule for replacement or full credit. Over the time frame, no credit will be allowed.

2. Worn out item will not be accepted

3. Sales are final for closeout items.

4. All merchandise returned in good condition for credit or exchange for different items within 30 days since the purchase is subject to a 10% restocking charge.

5. No return accepted after 2 months

6. Returned Items not purchased from SilverEmpireJewelry.com (Silver Empire Jewelry Corp.) nor made by us will not have any credit issued.

7. All credits memo will be approved by our administration management before issuance.
